This term, 2B are reading ‘Ocean Meets Sky’ by Eric and Terry Fan. The story is about a young boy who sets sail to find a place his grandfather told him about… the spot where the ocean meets the sky.
This week, the children enthusiastically took their learning out of the classroom and into the Pre-Prep Hall where they worked collaboratively to create a boat (just like the main character in the story).
They then acted out the scene of the boat journey. Brilliant work, 2B!
